How to Make a Return?

If you wish to return a product, you have up to 30 days from the date of receiving the package. To start the return process, simply contact us via CHAT, send an email. Once we receive your request, we will arrange a free courier service to collect the product at the address you provide. 

If you notice that the product is defective or does not match its description, you have the right to file a complaint. To do so, please contact us via email or through the contact form, describing the issue and attaching photos of the product (if possible). Once we receive your complaint, we will review it promptly and inform you of the next steps.

When Will You Receive a Refund?

We guarantee that the refund for the returned product will be issued within a maximum of 7 days from the moment the product reaches our warehouse. In the case of an accepted complaint, we offer repair, replacement with a new product, or a refund, according to your preference. The money will be refunded using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.
